Late Policy

Advance noticed required. There is a 15 minute grace period. Following that, a $20 late fee will be applied to your total bill, or you run the risk of appointment cancelation and being charged the no-show fee.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds after the service is rendered. If you have an issue with your service, you have 7 days to contact us to fix the issue described.

Booking Policies

Payment Policy

A 40% deposit is required to secure your booking. This is deducted from your final payment. It is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of last minute cancelation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours of your appointment. Last minute cancellations will be considered a no show. The no show fee is 50% of your total bill. The no show fee must be paid in full prior to rebooking. Non payment will result in being blacklisted.
